Invite and Manage Users

  • Invite members by email with a role attached; they accept the invite and land in your company.
  • Built-in roles: Owner, Admin, Accountant, Viewer — most teams never need more.
  • Roles can be changed later; the invite is not a permanent assignment.
  1. Go to Admin → Members.
  2. Click Invite and enter the person’s email and pick a role.
  3. Inviting several people at once? Use Bulk Invite instead and add them in one screen.
  4. The invitee receives an email, creates their account (or signs in), and appears in your members list once they accept.

  • The invite landed in spam. Have the invitee check their spam folder before re-sending.
  • Wrong role at invite time. Not a problem — edit the member and change the role; it takes effect on their next page load.
  • Your external accountant needs access. Invite them as Accountant. They get the working access they need without billing or member control.
